These are some images of sketches and early stages of characters and backgrounds. The storyboards are created using tonal values so we know how light affects every shot. Then we select the colour palette of the episode according to the mood, characteristics of the world and time of the day.



As you can see, the patterns of most of the elements in episode 01 are now different. Things evolved little by little until we were happy with Miniambra's world.

Miniambra

Miniambra is the name of a girl who who hatches from an abandoned egg into a strange and hostile, yet beautiful world, triggering a quest for identity and belonging.

Miniambra es el nombre de una niña que, al nacer de un huevo abandonado, comienza una aventura en busca de identidad y pertenencia en un universo extraño, hostil y hermoso sin embargo.
